First, I just have to say that this s a gorgeous picture. I love the colors and the shading in it, and the bubbles and the water just add to it. It's really an amazing picture.

It really looks like something right out of a dream, with the flowing white hair and the pale skin. I really dig the flowers on her dress as well.

The only reason I didn't give it more stars in the originality department is that although it is very interesting, I have seen this general idea more than once in the past. I think it can be said, though that every conceivable idea has already been done a million times in a million different ways. So it's all in the technique with which you present your art.

That being said, the technique with which you rendered the art more than makes up for it. The picture is just beautifully done, and the colors just seem to burst right out of the page, bringing a sort of life all its own to it.

The impact of the picture is also worth noting. I'm not sure exactly what 'Impact' means to the creators of Deviantart, but to me, it really looks like something that you might see in a particularly vivid dream. What did you have in mind when you put the woman underwater, reaching up to the surface? I'd be fascinated to know what your intention for the picture was.
